ONLINE STORE RETURN POLICY
Effective as of: December 1, 2025
1. RETURNS We accept returns only if the product is damaged upon arrival. We take all complaints seriously and will make it right. Please contact us at info@touchecosmetic.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll process your return or replacement immediately.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that are not damaged
- Clearance items
- Final Sale items
- Gift Cards
- Custom or Special-Order items
3. IN-STORE PURCHASES For items purchased at our retail partner locations (Baraka Beauty Salon, Indie Crown x Rhys Hair Loft, JoJo & Co. Salon, Dirt Roads Couture), please contact the store directly regarding their return or exchange policy. Each location sets their own terms for in-store transactions.
4. REFUNDS Refunds for damaged items will be issued in the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the damage occurred during shipping and was the carrier's responsibility.
